About Doha’s Expertise
Doha became a certified liberatory coach because she believes that for people of the global majority, navigating capitalism, patriarchy and all the interlocking systems that oppress us require more support than what currently exists.
Doha believes that coaching allows us to come home to ourselves. When we lead with who we truly are, the world heals.
Hailing from Khartoum, Sudan and raised in Greensboro, NC, Doha is a powerhouse community organizer, strategist, public health and environmental advocate whose work boldly bridges cultures, sectors, and movements.
As co-founder of Muslim Women For, she has built one of North Carolina's most vital organizations leading civic and immigrant rights initiatives for Muslim women — work that is as groundbreaking as it is necessary. As an Ignite the South alum, Doha has sharpened her skills at the highest levels of civic and political training.
For 11 years, Doha has worked with organizers from across the country to strategize, develop membership organizing programs and issue advocacy campaigns. Currently, she organizes with working class people in Georgia to win tangible reductions in utility bills.

Almika
Personal Assistant Mika is Doha’s right-hand, she responds to emails within 48 hours. She will respond within 24 hours if she is addressed as “Mika-chan” or “Mikkatikka” Please be mindful that mentally she is on Pacific Time so she doesn’t start her day until at least 11:00am Eastern Time. She usually sits in on coaching sessions but she is deaf so no need to worry about confidentiality.

Focused, approachable, and driven by midday treats, our sales manager, Kaya, is all about building strong relationships with our coach partners. Kaya handles all invoices and billing concerns. She prefers video calls over email if you have any questions. If you’re worried about being able to pay for coaching, Kaya is happy to work with you to find a solution.
